1. Services
FarmZen designs, supplies and installs precision irrigation, polyhouse and farm-automation systems. All system designs are advisory until a written quotation is signed by both parties.
2. Bookings
The Farm Transformation Call is a paid 1-on-1 consultation. Fees are due in advance. If we cannot make a meaningful recommendation in the call, the fee is fully refundable on request within 7 days.
3. Outcomes
We engineer for long-term yield uplift, water savings and labour reduction. Actual results depend on factors outside our control (weather, market prices, on-farm execution). Numerical figures on the Site are typical, not guaranteed, unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.
4. Intellectual Property
All site content, designs and marks are the property of FarmZen Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reused without written permission.
5. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
